Poster Presentations

The CAPA Annual Conference highlights research poster presentations as a platform for PAs and PA students to showcase original research, case reports, and educational initiatives. These sessions foster professional dialogue, advance evidence-based practice, and strengthen the PA community. Selected posters will be featured at the conference, offering presenters the opportunity to engage with peers and contribute to the profession’s growth.

Poster presentations are a key highlight of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA) Annual Conference.

Poster Submission Guidelines

CAPA and PARSEC invites submissions across several categories, including:

  • original research

  • case reports

  • educational resources and interventions

Submit a 500-word abstract (maximum 500 words) to admin@capa-acam.ca

Submissions will be presented for consideration to a peer review committee. Posters should include the following:  purpose, materials and methods, results and discussion. If you are submitting a case report, the poster should include the following: introduction, case report and discussion.
